Stephen has practised exclusively on behalf of employer/insurers in the area of workers' compensation for a period over 35 years.

Stephen has built a reputation as a no-nonsense litigator with a pragmatic and realistic approach to claims management and litigation solutions.

Over the 35 years Stephen has established and maintained relationships with insurers, government agencies, self-insurers, specialised insurers and employers together with other service providers. Stephen has developed claims management and litigation strategies with cornerstones of accessibility and collaboration between all stakeholders to achieve best case outcomes.

Stephen is acutely aware of the challenges which confronts insurers and employers in managing claims and  works collaboratively works all stakeholders and service providers to ensure optimum an outcome.

Stephen’s role within LLG it is strategic policy development and management generally. Stephen’s 35 years in law has been spent in compensation legal services including statutory claims, common law claims and work injury damages.

Stephen has conducted litigation on behalf of employers in all jurisdictions in New South Wales. He has been instrumental in securing favourable outcomes  for the insurance industry including:
