Martin Thorne

He has acted on behalf of and has advised all Scheme Agents/Insurers under the NSW workers’ compensation system as well as self insurers, specialised insurers and also government agencies under the Treasury Managed Fund. 

Martin has extensive experience and knowledge in defending claims on behalf of employers and insurers in the Personal Injury Commission, the District Court of NSW and in the Supreme Court of NSW. He is also very experienced in alternative dispute resolution and approaches claims in a very pragmatic way and provides sound advice to employers and insurers on early resolution where achievable.

Martin is also very experienced in managing complex and multi-party claims in all jurisdictions within New South Wales.
